Job summary

Compugen is seeking a visionary Practice Leader, Apple to drive, scale, and transform our national Apple business unit. Based in Ontario with hybrid work, this role defines the business strategy, supports high-growth targets, and builds elite technical teams. You will liaison between Compugen, customers, and Apple Canada.

You will shape GTM, manage P&L, and expand in education and enterprise markets, while fostering a culture of accountability across a distributed team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in IT consultancy, GSI, VAR or MSP.
• Deep, verifiable success managing an Apple-centric enterprise or commercial unit.
• Proven track record of owning and exceeding multi-million dollar P&L and revenue growth targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the Canadian IT procurement landscape, especially in commercial/education sectors.
• Solid understanding of Apple frameworks, lifecycle management, and security compliance (Jamf Pro certs are a plus).

Responsibilities

• Define, launch, and refine the GTM strategy for Apple hardware, software and lifecycle services.
• Drive national revenue growth and margin for the Apple practice.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain top engineers and sales specialists.
• Partner with Apple Canada and ecosystem vendors to deepen strategic alliances.
