Job summary

V2Soft is seeking a Powertrain Engine OBD Calibration Engineer to develop and implement calibration strategies that meet CARB requirements. You will manage OBD calibration, perform diagnostic verification, and prepare reports with timing projections.

Travel is expected 2-4 weeks per year for system validation. The ideal candidate has 3 years of automotive experience and is proficient with INCA, MATLAB, and Simulink/Stateflow, with a basic grasp of gasoline propulsion hardware.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in automotive calibration or OBD systems.
• Proficient with INCA, MATLAB and Simulink/Stateflow.
• Basic understanding of gasoline propulsion hardware.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement calibration solutions for OBD to meet CARB regulations.
• Perform diagnostic verification testing and data analysis.
• Provide regular summaries and detailed reports with timing projections.
