We are seeking a Journeyman HET or Electrician Technician 2 Power for our Service Center in Leduc, AB. This role is vital in powering progress for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Based out of our Leduc, AB service center, with daily local travel in your company vehicle
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, and electrical distribution equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment failures both at the shop and on customer sites, and carry out repairs
• Operate alone or with a team to set up and operate equipment at the shop and customer locations

Required Skills and Experience

• High School diploma or GED
• Journeyman HET (off-road) or Electrician certification
• 4-7 years of experience working on diesel power/natural gas generators, mechanics, or electricians, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• Experience with calculating tonnage and kW requirements, reading schematics
• Valid driver’s license and passport
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs
