FCU Community Financial invites applications for a permanent, casual Financial Service Representative in Powell River. In this role you’ll assist members with daily banking needs, perform transactions, and guide customers on our mobile tools to enhance their financial experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, and or financial industry).
• Knowledge of deposit and lending products is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented focus and the ability to multi-task.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Initiative and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional member experience by engaging with members to meet daily banking needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Execute financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other account activities accurately and efficiently.
• Educate members on mobile tools and resources to transform their experience.
• Assist other team members and perform additional duties as assigned.
