Job summary

FCU Community Financial in Powell River is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional member service. You will handle transactions, open accounts and assist with deposits and loans while promoting a full range of financial products.

You will build relationships through onboarding, guidance on RRSPs, TFSA and mortgage products, and strive to meet branch growth goals in a fast-paced environment with a strong community focus.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma required.
• Experience in financial, sales or service industry preferred.
• Knowledge of financial products and services is essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote and provide advice on deposit, card and loan products.
• Process day-to-day transactions and assist members with accounts.
• Build relationships through member onboarding and cross-sell services.
