Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, and/or financial industry).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented focus and the ability to multi-task.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing an exceptional member experience by proactively engaging with members to understand and meet their immediate day-to-day banking needs.
• Completing financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and/or other account transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Transforming the member experience by educating them on our mobile tools and resources.
• Assisting other team members and completing other duties as assigned.
