FCU Community Financial seeks a customer-focused Member Service Representative for the Powell River Branch. You will handle daily transactions, open term deposits and registered products, and offer tailored financial guidance to members.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, cross-selling, and delivering proactive service in a community-first environment with opportunities for growth and education support.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma.
• Experience in financial, sales or service industry.
• Recommended knowledge of Personal Financial Planning and Mortgage Lending.
• Superior knowledge of financial products and services.
• Ability to meet growth goals and branch initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide service excellence and foster member relationships.
• Promote and process deposit, card, and lending products.
• Advise on term deposits and registered products (RRSPs, RRIF, TFSA).
• Process day-to-day transactions and resolve routine issues.
• Build relationships through onboarding and cross-selling.
