Winpak is seeking a Packer for the Pouch department in Winnipeg on an 8-hour rotating shift. You will inspect and pack pouches to meet quality standards and achieve production output targets on the production floor.
The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working on a rotating schedule (days, nights, afternoons), and collaborating with the Operator to maintain quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Winpak Division is seeking a Packer to join the Pouch department based out of Winnipeg on the 8-hour rotating shift. In this role you will safely and efficiently inspect and pack pouches according to established standards for product quality and outputs.
The Pouch: Packer position is 100% onsite, working on the production floor.
Week 1 - Monday to Friday 7:00 - 3:00 (days)
Week 2 - Monday to Friday 23:00 - 7:00 (nights)
Week 3 - Monday to Friday 3:00 - 23:00 (afternoons)
Week 4 - Repeat rotation starting at week 1
