Job summary

Wonderbrands Inc. is looking for a motivated production associate to join our Mississauga bakery operations. You will support packaging, operate or assist with machinery, and help ensure product quality and food safety across shifts.

Ideal candidates can stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, follow safety protocols, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in manufacturing is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50lb), and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify product defects and maintain quality standards.
• Willingness to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Capability to handle changing priorities and perform various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime if required.
• Basic proficiency in reading and understanding work instructions, labels, and safety protocols.
• Understanding of workplace safety and food safety regulations.

SHIFT: 12 hour Day or Night Shift

PAY RATE: $20.50/hr

• Support the production process by operating or assisting with machinery and assembly lines.
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or irregularities.
