Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a full-time Post Office role at our Corner Brook location to organize and deliver full service retail postal services to customers, maximizing department revenue and satisfaction. You will lead by example, interview and hire staff, ensure cashiers follow standards, and coach team members to maintain high service levels.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, image presentation, loss prevention, and adherence to procedures.

SUMMARY

Responsible for organizing and delivering full service retail postal services (courier items, postal boxes, money transfers, call-in parcels) to Shoppers Drug Mart customers, maximizing department revenue and customer satisfaction.
