Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; Master’s degree in project management/strategic management is an asset.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management and 3–5 years in portfolio management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Advanced English and French bilingual communication required.

Responsibilities

• Support managers and teams in preparing business cases and prioritizing initiatives.
• Orchestrate portfolio management across lifecycle to align with objectives.
• Monitor execution and contribute to achieving expected benefits.
• Provide clear visibility into portfolio performance and reporting for decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address priorities, risks, and solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with standards.
