Job summary

iA Financial Group in Canada is seeking a Senior Advisor, Product Marketing to lead the positioning, go-to-market, and growth of our group insurance and savings solutions. You will shape value propositions, customer journeys, and messaging across channels with a strategic, data-driven approach.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide product lifecycle initiatives, and influence leadership through clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic or product marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; master’s degree is an asset.
• Knowledge of financial products and/or group insurance and savings products.
• Strong analytical, market intelligence, and synthesis abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and leadership across stakeholders.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies across digital and traditional channels.
• Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and guide product development.
• Define value propositions, customer journeys, and messaging to support launches and growth.
• Design growth and lifecycle strategies including ABM, cross-selling, upselling.
• Oversee digital product presence to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Lead large-scale strategic projects from planning to delivery with stakeholders.
• Advise leadership and measure marketing effectiveness to drive growth.
