iA Financial Group is seeking a Project Portfolio Manager to lead initiative portfolios, guide decision-makers, and ensure benefits realization. You will oversee budgets, risks, and portfolio governance, collaborating across Canada in a hybrid environment.

A strong background in project and portfolio management, Lean-Agile, and bilingual communication is required. The role emphasizes strategic guidance, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement within corporate strategy and portfolio

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management
• 3 to 5 years of experience in portfolio management
• Knowledge of financial principles and budgeting for portfolios
• Strong Lean-Agile understanding and practices
• Advanced proficiency in French and English, with coordination across Canada

Responsibilities

• Support managers in preparing business cases and prioritizing initiatives
• Orchestrate portfolio management across lifecycle to align with objectives
• Monitor project execution and realization of business benefits
• Provide clear portfolio performance visibility and reporting for decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sectors to address prioritization and risks
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to portfolio standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of portfolio management practices and tools
• Support financial planning, budgeting, audit, and governance processes
