Hotel Brand:
Location: Mexico, Guadalajara
Direct key global revenue management projects and initiatives to the hotel community through partnerships with operations and Revenue Management teams that work directly with hotels. Participate in developing key global revenue management initiatives as the voice of the hotel community, providing ongoing feedback to Americas revenue management leadership to ensure successful adoption. Manage the development, implementation, and assessment of revenue-related strategies for hotels in an assigned region, covering pricing, demand analysis, yield management, market segmentation, business mix optimization, and selling strategies in line with company policies and industry best practices. Support regional teams and hotels by offering revenue management strategies and tactics to maximize revenue and profit streams. Provide direct support to Company Managed Hotels (CMH) to enhance performance metrics.
Drive the development, implementation, and operation of strategic and tactical programs to enhance revenue management services and deliver competitive advantage. Responsible for performance analysis, process evaluation, budgeting, training, and deployment of resources to meet strategic goals.

Key Skills & Experiences
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 8-10 years in hotel operations, revenue management, or consulting, with proficiency in reservation and revenue management systems like CONCERTO - GRS and N2PRICING, and knowledge of hotel pricing and yield management concepts.
