Job summary

CIMA+ is seeking a Portfolio Manager, Earth and Environment to lead a diverse portfolio of strategic planning solutions for midstream energy clients across Canada. You will manage projects and programs, guide interdisciplinary teams, and drive delivery excellence while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of project management experience in energy or resource sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Environmental Studies, or related field; PMP would be an asset.
• Deep understanding of Canada's energy sector, regulatory frameworks, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a portfolio of complex projects across Canada.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams including Urban Planners, GIS analysts, Data Scientists, and Communications.
• Engage with energy sector clients and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence and risk management.
