Job summary

CIMA+ is seeking a Portfolio Manager, Earth and Environment to lead a diverse portfolio of strategic planning solutions for midstream energy clients across Canada. You will manage interdisciplinary teams, collaborate with government and industry stakeholders, and drive project delivery while upholding the firm’s values of collaboration and innovation.

A strong understanding of energy policy and regulatory context is essential for success, along with a track record of delivering complex programs

Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ experience in project management within energy/resource sector or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Environmental Studies or related field
• Master’s degree or PMP would be asset
• Deep understanding of Canada’s energy sector and regulatory frameworks
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse portfolio of projects and programs for midstream energy clients across Canada
• Manage interdisciplinary teams to deliver on schedule, scope and budget
• Coordinate with local government, industry stakeholders and clients
• Maintain quality control and risk management throughout project lifecycle
• Support business development and client relationship management
