Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Commercial & Industrial Portfolio in Canada. The role can be remotely based in BC, with monthly in-person travel to client sites and team members across provinces.

You will oversee a portfolio of programs, manage a team of managers and operations staff, and carry P&L responsibility up to $20M. The position involves business development support and strategic initiatives to ensure contract execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale programs, preferably in the Commercial & Industrial sector.
• Experience managing P&L of at least $5M.
• Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel regularly (at least monthly) in Canada to CLEAResult, client office, or customer sites.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MS or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a collaborative team culture focused on achieving/exceeding annual targets established by our clients.
• Manage a portfolio of Energy Efficiency Programs with annual revenue of $5–20M (excluding incentives).
• Lead contract execution, renewals, and amendments.
• Oversee program P&L reporting, KPI tracking, and performance-based compensation.
• Direct and coordinate multi-functional teams (10–30 people), including 4–7 direct reports.
• Serve as an escalation point for clients, developing deep relationships at senior levels with the clients' organizations.
• Coordinate with engineering and outreach teams to support program and client objectives and deliverables.
• Support process and tool improvements to enhance program delivery.
• Ensure accurate reporting and data management.
