Job summary

Canada ICI Capital Corporation is hiring an Analyst, Portfolio Management to support the AMG team in mortgage investments. This full-time, in-person role is based at our St. Albert office, with a modern workplace and on-site parking.

Responsibilities include preparing investor reports, reviewing reserve sufficiency, and assisting periodic mortgage facility reviews. Growth opportunities and a collaborative environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, real estate, economics, or related field.
• Experience in commercial real estate is an asset.
• Experience as a default analyst is an asset.
• Strong financial analysis and Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute investor- and portfolio-wide reporting on a regular basis.
• Assist in review of interest reserve sufficiency for construction and bridge loans.
• Support annual and periodic reviews of mortgage facilities with investors.
• Oversee the performance of assets and identify risks or opportunities for optimization.
• Facilitate renewals, assumptions, and amendments of mortgages.
• Provide support to Documentation, Funding, and Servicing teams.
• Collaborate with the Manager and team to ensure top-tier investor reporting.
