This is a Fixed-term contract that will end in December 2027
The successful incumbent will work under the direction of the Principal,Real Estate. The Analyst is part of the broader Investments team and is primarily responsible for supporting team members across the Real Estate asset class as it pertains to the management of the Real Estate investment portfolio. The role will primarily support ongoing portfolio management and reporting, the asset management of select Canadian properties, and broader real estate portfolio initiatives. It may also include investment analysis and research related to new investment opportunities and potential dispositions.
The base salary range for this position is CAD $95,000.00 - $120,000.00. The placement within the range is determined by the range of market pay for the specific position, as well as the candidate's knowledge, skillset and experience relative to the requirements of the position and to internal peers.
