• Handle guest concerns professionally.

• Track inventory, waste and supply needs; assist with ordering.
• Help with scheduling and ensuring proper staffing.
• Complete opening/closing checklists and shift reports.
• Enforce health and safety rules at all times.
• Lead by example and step into any station when needed.

About the Role:

Our Shift Supervisors work with the Restaurant Manager to run daily operations. You'll lead the team on shift, keep standards high, and make sure every guest leaves happy.
