Job summary

Popeyes | Keel Brands Limited in Bedford, Nova Scotia, is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure high standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness, and coach team members in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise daily operations, coordinate tasks, and uphold brand standards while maintaining a positive atmosphere and guest satisfaction. You will also complete HAACP logs and assist with FIFO-based inventory so waste is minimized and safety is maintained.

Qualifications

• Previous fast-food or supervisory experience preferred.
• Food safety knowledge and First Aid is an asset.
• Teamwork and coaching in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for rotating schedule.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service and food standards.
• Assign cleaning and side duties to team members.
• Supervise stations and collaborate with the Manager-In-Charge to maintain smooth operations.
• Train and coach team members, providing support for the execution of Limited Time Offers (LTO).
• Complete HAACP logs to maintain food safety standards.
• Conduct table visits to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure brand standards are consistently met and manage team member breaks.
• Receive deliveries, manage product rotation using FIFO, track and record waste, and assist in achieving team goals by leading and working alongside team members.
• Lead by example to prioritize customer satisfaction and reinforce positive behaviors in team members.
