Popeyes is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest service excellence and high-quality food. You will lead a trained team, manage inventory, and help control costs while maintaining safety standards.

You will also assist with scheduling, payroll tasks, and supporting community relations, aiming to drive performance and a positive work culture in the restaurant.

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth business flow and high-quality food and drinks by a well-trained team.
• Ensure operational excellence by following SOPs and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
• Help analyze restaurant performance through audits and develop action plans for improvements.
• Foster positive guest relationships by ensuring fast, accurate service and addressing complaints.
• Help control food, paper, and labor costs and assist with inventory and cash handling procedures.
• Assist in restaurant ordering, inventory control, and scheduling to complete tasks on time.
• Support payroll tasks, timecard reviews, and compliance with legislation.
• Contribute to performance analysis and lead initiatives to enhance restaurant performance.
• Build relationships with the local community and participate in CSR programs.
• Help establish security procedures to ensure safety of team and guests.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members while motivating them to meet targets.
• Set personal and team goals, maintain open communication, and encourage a positive environment.
• Support disciplinary actions and fair management of offenses.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, conduct inspections, and train on PPE.
• Assist in reporting and investigating injuries and enforcing safety policies.

You’ll assist with inventory management, controlling food and labor costs, and maintaining food safety and operational standards. Your role will also involve training and developing team members, resolving guest concerns, and supporting scheduling and daily restaurant operations. With your leadership and communication skills, you’ll help drive restaurant performance, enhance the guest experience, and contribute to building strong relationships within the local community.
