Job summary

Lethbridge Police Service is seeking a Police Records Integrity Technician to support the Records Management Section. This non-permanent casual role involves data entry, maintaining confidentiality, and using RMS/NICHE/CPIC/JOIN systems to manage police records and court packages.

The position requires flexibility for day, evening, and night shifts in a 24-hour operation, with a wage of CAD 39.36/hour. Applicants must be able to pass security clearances and consent to background checks.

Qualifications

• Data entry and accuracy are essential.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Familiarity with RMS/NICHE/CPIC/JOIN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter data for files, linking addresses, people, vehicles, charges, and reports.
• Ensure information provided is current and accurate.
• Prioritize time‑sensitive work based on incoming information.
• Oversee incoming court files and ensure documentation is complete and correct.
• Provide file disclosure to Crown as required by legislation.
