Qualifications

• Ability to pass RCMP security clearance.

• Must satisfactorily complete RCMP training courses.
• Must be able to work shift work including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming service requests and determine follow-up actions.
• Maintain and audit police databases and related records.
• Communicate clearly via radio, phone, and written channels.
