Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars at Goodwood invites undergraduates to join as a Project Management & Strategic Facilitator for a placement year (July 2027–July 2028). You will support the PMO, manage Autodesk Forma workflows, and help generate Power BI reports for key projects.

You will work on complex site-build contexts, lead select long-term tasks, coordinate meetings, and contribute to process improvements while gaining insight into a premium car manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, civil or mechanical engineering or related subject with strong academics.
• On-site availability 1 July 2027 to 31 July 2028.
• Strong IT skills including MS Office, Autodesk Forma and Power BI.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Enthusiastic, organized and professional team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support administrating the AUTODESK Forma platform and generate Power BI reports.
• Assist in cost, schedule, design and construction management processes.
• Plan and coordinate project meetings, workshops and site visits.
• Coordinate and manage daily tasks and create management presentations.
• Lead specific longer-term projects as part of the programme.
