Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Goodwood is offering a Future Talent placement year. You will join the Apprentice Training team to support onboarding, marketing for apprentices, and school events, while gaining hands-on experience at a world-class automotive manufacturer.

You will help develop engagement activities, plan events, and build skills in project coordination, communication, and learning delivery throughout the placement year.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in a team.
• IT literacy and structured working approach.
• Knowledge of health and safety and environmental impacts.
• Project management familiarity is desirable.
• Valid UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Learn the spectrum of laboratory research in an agile environment.
• Develop testing plans and participate in complex investigations and problem analyses in materials areas.
• Support apprentice onboarding, engagement activities and school events.
• Assist in planning and running apprentice events including Recruitment Assessment Centres and Welcome Evenings.
