Job summary

Procom is seeking a PMO Analyst for an immediate, on-site role at our client’s Edmonton, Alberta office. The PMO Analyst will support the IS Infrastructure PMO and IT Projects Admin, handling project reporting, governance, and admin of PM tools.

Required: Diploma and 4+ years in PMO/Governance, experience with Oracle Applications and SharePoint, strong MS Office skills including Excel macros and pivot tables, and solid time management. The role may lead to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or Information Systems Management.
• Minimum 4 years of PMO/Governance experience.
• Knowledge of PMO activities and procedures.
• Understanding of basic accounting practices.
• Experience with Oracle Applications and SharePoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel macros and pivot tables.
• Strong time management and workload prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide input into IS Infrastructure PMO plans and IT Projects Admin.
• Perform periodic audits of projects for SDLC compliance.
• Maintain project documentation related to governance and controls.
• Administer PM tools like Oracle Projects and SharePoint.
• Investigate and resolve PM tool issues.
• Deliver project and financial reporting, assist with discrepancies.
• Train new project resources and manage contingent worker information.
• Support governance reviews and financial information coordination.

This position is onsite at our client’s Edmonton, Alberta office.PMO Analyst - Job Description:The IS Infrastructure PMO Analyst is responsible for supporting the IS Infrastructure PMO and IT Projects Admin areas. This includes project reporting, governance support, and administration of project management tools.
