Job summary

ReinhartFoods Ltd. is seeking a sanitation supervisor to oversee the sanitation program and lead the sanitation department during the 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM shift in Canada. A strong background in food manufacturing sanitation and team leadership is required.

The role emphasizes formal training, documentation, and ensuring compliance with GMPs, OHSA, and regulatory standards while supporting maintenance activities and HACCP initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• Minimum 5 years in team lead/supervisor roles.
• Experience in food manufacturing sanitation.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proficient with document management systems.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage sanitation program documentation and training.
• Coordinate activities of the sanitation department.
• Manage sanitation chemical program and training.
• Communicate issues to day shift.
• Assist maintenance related to sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with SFCR, FMSA, GFSI, etc.
• Participate on HACCP Team.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs and OHSA.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Basic Job Function:

• Managesanitation program including documentation and training
• Coordinateand schedule the activities of the sanitation department
• Managesanitation chemical program including training
• Communicatewith day shift about issues and concerns
• Assistwith maintenance as it pertains to the sanitation department
• Managework meet all regulatory standards (SFCR, FMSA, GFSI, etc.)
• Participateon HACCP Team
• Ensurecompliance with Pre-Requisite Programs including GMPs
• Ensurecompliance with OHSA
• Manualcleaning as required

Minimum Qualifications:
