Job summary

Payward Services is seeking a Head of Operations, Platform Product to join our team. This role is a jack-of-all-trades operator who will own the operational running of US regulated entities, lead licensing workstreams, and drive platform-growth initiatives for our B2B2C products.

You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Engineering to turn regulatory requirements into scalable governance and processes, reporting to executive leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in strategy consulting and in-house operations.
• Experience in scaling fintech/bank/crypto firms with cross-functional programs.
• Comfortable working with Product and Engineering on technical flows and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own platform product operations and launch readiness for B2B2C products; gate go-lives against regs and ops needs.
• Drive cross-functional execution across roadmap milestones, compliance, and infra work.
• Run day-to-day ops across US regulated entities, licensing, risk, audits, and reporting.
• Lead US licensing workstreams (state money transmitter licenses, lending licenses) with Legal/ Compliance.
• Serve as operational counterpart to regulators and examiners; manage information requests and actions.
• Represent operations in board/ExCo discussions; define metrics and scalable governance.
