Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Automation or Platform Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant job experience.
• Strong enterprise-level communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise Platform Engineering and IaC strategy.
• Build standardized, self-service pipelines across hybrid-cloud (on-prem, OpenShift, AWS).
• Establish automated guardrails for security and compliance.
• Provide SME guidance and mentorship to Automation and Systems Engineers.
• Lead observability, OS lifecycle management, and performance tuning initiatives.
