Job summary

Apple Canada’s Platform Architect role within the Canadian Field Engineering team focuses on guiding partners to adopt and scale our platform across large organizations. You will help design best-in-class IT practices, ensure security and lifecycle management, and act as a trusted advisor to customers and channel partners.

The position is home-office based in Montreal with up to 35% domestic travel, requiring clear communication with executive audiences and strong ability to drive joint

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typical 7 years deploying Apple tech across large IT environments.
• Security/compliance and multi-OS expertise.

Responsibilities

• Guide build of IT practices and environments to scale the platform.
• Advise partners on deploying, managing, and securing the platform.
• Address user experience, application and support strategies, lifecycle management.
• Develop long-term service offerings delivered by partners.
