Job summary

Apple's Canadian Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) team is responsible for ensuring that customers have the best possible experience anywhere Apple products are sold across our Channel Retail partners.

As the leader of Product Launches & Strategic Projects on the Canadian CSO team, you will lead the operational planning and cross-functional steering of new product launches across Canada, and drive strategic projects that require broad cross-functional alignment.

  • Actively explore opportunities to streamline and innovate processes through AI and emerging technologies.
  • Be a role model and advocate for the company's values and principles.
  • Be willing to travel locally/domestically (10%) and internationally (5%).

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Generally requires 8+ years of experience in a related role
  • Ability to thrive in an environment of influence without control
  • Proven experience with, and passion for, process improvement and automation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable juggling several unrelated projects with competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders
  • Commitment to provide a consistent and unparalleled customer experience
  • Self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Proven consultative skills and the ability to develop relationships quickly
  • Perform well in high-pressure situations in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project management experience in an agile environment
  • User experience with Apple hardware and software products
  • Detailed knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape
