Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastics machining equipment via computer touch screens (PLC).
• Ensure resin hopper supply is continuous and clear jams.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative tasks to maintain specs and production.
• Conduct quality inspections for each produced item.
• Follow GMP, HACCP and 5S for a clean, organized workspace.
• Document downtime, reasons, and quality issues.
• Direct finished goods to storage or shipping bags.
• Conduct production output checks and reports during shifts.
• Operate forklift and perform extruder cleaning as required.
