Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years minimum experience in manufacturing/production planning.
• On-site work at physical location; no remote.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle; willingness to travel regularly.
• Must be able to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning.
• Evaluate daily operations.
• Maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Read blueprints and drawings.
• Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines.
• Direct quality control inspections.
• Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work.
• Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget.
