Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a skilled trainer and E&T leader for the Scarborough plant to build a capability development system and digitize training activities. You will ensure tool availability for all plant functions and drive certification, SME onboarding, and knowledge transfer initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and hands-on experience in establishing training systems within manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience setting up capability building systems from zero is preferred.
• Strong project management with objective setting and milestone tracking.
• Technical aptitude to design digital training solutions and trackers.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts and weekends as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; interpersonal savvy.

Responsibilities

• Create a capability building system for the Scarborough plant with digital training tools.
• Develop and document training programs and trainer identification/certification.
• Lead the E&T pillar, build work processes, and reduce skill losses.
• Ensure maintenance and documentation of compliance training (HSE, Quality, HR).
• Support the Front line leadership Ignite program across on-site teams at Canada MSC.
• Address current and future business requirements as they arise.
