Mondelez International is seeking a skilled trainer and E&T leader for the Scarborough plant to build a capability development system and digitize training activities. You will ensure tool availability for all plant functions and drive certification, SME onboarding, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and hands-on experience in establishing training systems within manufacturing.
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.
Experience in manufacturing Setting up training systems Understanding of adult learning principles, and training frameworks like ADDIE is a plus

The expected base salary range for this position is $69,800 to $87,250 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 8% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
