Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co in Canada seeks a PINK Manager who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution.

This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. You will lead talent lifecycle, drive visual execution, storytelling, and use insights from reports to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and driving customer satisfaction.
• Experience reviewing business reports and taking action to achieve results.
• Self-awareness with a willingness to receive feedback for development.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to advance.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform related physical tasks.
• Proficiency with technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall customer and brand experience in the PINK business.
• Translate brand direction into priorities and daily actions.
• Coach PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates.
• Support visual merchandising and product storytelling.
• Lead talent lifecycle and performance management with store leadership.
