Job summary

Victoria's Secret in Laval, QC is seeking a PINK Manager to lead the customer and brand experience on the sales floor. This role directs visual execution, storytelling, and selling behaviors to meet brand objectives and drive top-line sales.

The PINK Manager partners with store leadership to coach associates, manage talent lifecycle, and ensure consistent execution across brand standards in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong customer service focus and brand standards knowledge.
• Ability to coach and develop associates and manage labor

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK business.
• Translate brand direction into priorities, visuals, and daily actions.
• Lead product storytelling, selling behaviors, and emotional customer tone.
• Monitor category performance using company tools and reports.
• Oversee sales floor and fitting room standards where applicable.
• Manage talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions with store leadership.
• Direct reports such as PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute floorsets, launches, and brand education.
