Victoria’s Secret & Co seeks a PINK Manager to lead customer and associate experiences in a higher-volume store. This role delivers coaching to brand supervisors, ensures visual standards, and drives top-line sales in alignment with Brand guidance.
Reporting to Store Manager, you will recruit and develop talent, manage daily operations, and partner with cross-functional teams to execute launches and events. Must be able to work nights and weekends; flexibility is essential.

A Victoria’s Secret & Co PINK Manager a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.
The PINK Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives. Specifically, the PINK Manager owns:
Minimum Salary: $22.65
Maximum Salary: $28.98
