Job description

Multiple roles:

Physiotherapist I (3 roles):

As a Physical Therapist I in this community role, your time will be spent in Home Care and Outpatient services. Much of your work will be independent, although you will be expected to communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team regarding clients registered to the Home Care service stream, as well as community partners.

Physiotherapist II (1 role):

As a Physiotherapist II in this community role, your time will be spent in mixed service streams which include Acute Care, Outpatients, Restorative and Long Term Care. You will be expected to communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team regarding your clients in the various service areas. In this role, you will be supported by the Allied Health Area Manager and Physiotherapy Professional Practice Lead, with opportunities to connect with professionals in surrounding areas.
