Position Overview

We are looking for talented colleagues passionate about providing an exceptional shopping experience and delighting customers at every step. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Greeting patients and confirming the accuracy of prescription information before filling.
  2. Data entry of patient care information.
  3. Third-party adjudication (if necessary).
  4. Accurate dispensing of prescription medications.
  5. Maintaining pharmacy stock through inventory control systems.
  6. Handling general OTC inquiries from patients and referring to the Pharmacist when needed.
  7. Managing customer prescription pickups.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Pharmacy Technician is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Proficient in computer/data entry skills.
  • Flexibility to work various hours including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
