Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Sainte-Julie is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to welcome customers, gather prescription data, and help prepare prescriptions. You will ensure high service standards and maintain an organized laboratory in a friendly, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hygiene and tidiness of the laboratory.

Job description

Within your team, your essential role will be:

• Be the first contact with the clientele, so that they feel at ease; your welcome, your empathy and your professionalism will be put to good use;
• Identify the needs of the clientele by collecting the necessary data for the preparation of prescriptions;
• Prepare prescriptions and detect potential problems for the clientele;
• For some PJC, prepare pillboxes;
• Ensure the hygiene and tidiness of the laboratory in order to facilitate its proper functioning.

To hold this position, it is possible:

• Holding a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) as a Pharmacy Technical Assistance is a strong asset
