Job summary

Countybank in Quebec is seeking a friendly team member to greet clients, listen, and provide professional support as the first point of contact. You will collect information to prepare prescriptions, verify details, and prepare pillboxes for some PJC while keeping the laboratory clean and organized. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hygiene and tidiness of the laboratory to ensure smooth operation.

Within your team, your essential role will be:

• Be the first contact with the clientele, so that they feel at ease; your welcome, your empathy and your professionalism will be put to good use;
• Identify the needs of the clientele by collecting the necessary data for the preparation of prescriptions;
• Prepare prescriptions and detect potential problems for the clientele;
• For some PJC, prepare pillboxes;
• Ensure the hygiene and tidiness of the laboratory in order to facilitate its proper functioning.

To hold this position, it is possible:

• Holding a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) as a Pharmacy Technical Assistance is a strong asset
