Job summary

Countybank in Canada seeks a Pharmacy Technician Assistant to be the first point of contact with clients, collect data for prescriptions, and prepare prescriptions with accuracy. You will also assist with pillbox preparation for some clients and keep the lab clean and orderly to ensure smooth operations.

Job description

Within your team, your essential role will be:

• Be the first contact with the clientele, so that they feel at ease; your welcome, your empathy and your professionalism will be put to good use;
• Identify the needs of the clientele by collecting the necessary data for the preparation of prescriptions;
• Prepare prescriptions and detect potential problems for the clientele;
• For some PJC, prepare pillboxes;
• Ensure the hygiene and tidiness of the laboratory in order to facilitate its proper functioning.

To hold this position, it is possible:

• Holding a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) as a Pharmacy Technical Assistance is a strong asset

Number of hours per week:

• 35 hours or more
