Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Trois-Rivières, Canada is seeking a friendly and proactive team member to greet clients, collect data for prescriptions, and assist in prescription preparation. The role involves ensuring high standards of hygiene in the laboratory and, for some clients, preparing pillboxes.

DEP Pharmacy Technical Assistance

Job description

Within your team, your essential role will be:

• Be the first contact with the clientele, so that they feel at ease; your welcome, your empathy and your professionalism will be put to good use;
• Identify the needs of the clientele by collecting the necessary data for the preparation of prescriptions;
• Prepare prescriptions and detect potential problems for the clientele;
• For some PJC, prepare pillboxes;
• Ensure the hygiene and tidiness of the laboratory in order to facilitate its proper functioning.

To hold this position, it is possible:

• Holding a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) as a Pharmacy Technical Assistance is a strong asset
