Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Montreal, QC is seeking a caring pharmacy assistant to be the first point of contact for customers, gather data for prescriptions, and help prepare medications and pillboxes as needed.

You will join a friendly team, with full paid training and flexible hours, and contribute to a clean, well-organized lab environment while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

DEP Pharmacy Technician Assistant

Job description

Within your team, your essential role will be:

• Be the first contact with the clientele, so that they feel at ease; your welcome, your empathy and your professionalism will be put to good use;
• Identify the needs of the clientele by collecting the necessary data for the preparation of prescriptions;
• Prepare prescriptions and detect potential problems for the clientele;
• For some PJC, prepare pillboxes;
• Ensure the hygiene and tidiness of the laboratory in order to facilitate its proper functioning.

To hold this position, it is possible:

• Holding a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) as a Pharmacy Technical Assistance is a strong asset
• We offer full paid training.

Number of hours per week:
