Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee the technical team in a pharmacy environment. You will supervise staff, ensure smooth daily lab operations, and collaborate with senior management on hiring, performance reviews and scheduling.

Within your team, your essential role will be:

• supervising the work of the technical staff under his/her responsibility and ensuring the distribution of tasks;
• continuously improve customer service;

• perform, in collaboration with the management team, various management tasks such as hiring, performance appraisals or team schedules;
• to see to the training of the people under your responsibility.
