Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacy Professionals (OCP).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in community pharmacy management is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
• Provide exceptional patient care and maintain strong patient relationships
• Lead, schedule and develop the pharmacy team
• Counsel patients on prescriptions and non-prescription medications per standards
• Manage inventory, workflow and staffing to ensure efficiency
• Administer injections and support clinical services, including MedChecks
• Maintain compliance with provincial and federal regulations
