Job summary

Whole Health Pharmacy in Ontario is seeking a Director of Pharmacy Operations to lead day-to-day operations across our growing retail and specialty network. You will oversee multi-site performance, implement standards, and guide new openings while supporting expansion and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is a licensed pharmacist with 7–10 years of leadership experience, strong financial acumen, and a track record of building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• 7–10 years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multi-site retail locations.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario pharmacy regulations and workflow optimization.
• Willingness to travel across Ontario as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Ontario locations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Standardize workflows and policies across sites.
• Lead new openings, acquisitions, and integration initiatives.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Pharmacy Managers, pharmacists, and staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
