Job summary

A independently owned community pharmacy in Grande Prairie seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations, deliver patient care, and develop a high-performing team. This role offers a structured pathway toward partnership and long-term ownership with ownership opportunities alongside the owner.

You will work closely with ownership to shape the future of the pharmacy, expand clinical services, and drive growth within the community.

Qualifications

Licensed pharmacist or eligible for Alberta licensure.
Minimum three years of community pharmacy experience.
Leadership or pharmacy management experience is an asset.
Compounding experience or interest is an asset.
Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient-centred care.
Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a community pharmacy.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
Deliver exceptional patient care and clinical services.
Build strong relationships with patients, physicians and other healthcare providers.
Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing pharmacy team.
Ensure compliance with all professional, regulatory, and operational standards.
Identify opportunities to expand clinical services and enhance the patient experience.
Contribute to the continued growth and long-term success of the business.
